Standard Return Policy
Purchases from Hues of Batik are covered by our 14-day *No Quibble return policy, excluding personalised/custom design items. Return your product within 14 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items.

Request your Returns and Refunds form
Email our team on firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line ‘Request for an exchange – Order No:__ within 14 days of receipt of package by the customer.
Your return request will be reviewed, acknowledged and a 'Returns and Refunds Form' will be emailed to you. This form should be manually filled and enclosed in your return package.
Preparing and Sending the package
Return products must be in the condition you received them and if possible in the original box and/or packaging.

We highly recommend that you use a registered and insured delivery service as we do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged returns. This type of service will also allow you to track your package and ensure its safe return as we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.
Regrettably we are unable to cover the postage costs of returns.
